We periodically send out emails to keep our Brand Ambassadors in the loop! We like to make sure you know things first AND that you have some awesome content at your fingertips to help you make sales! Here are the types of emails you’ll receive as a GB Brand Ambassador:
- Welcome emails: When you get accepted into the program, you’ll get a couple emails that tell you all about the program! Make sure you hang onto these for future reference :)
- Exclusive Ambassadors-only emails: These will include content to share and a first-look into any BTS updates at Get Back like new products launches and upcoming sales! *These exclusive emails are sent out periodically -- it depends on launches, upcoming sales, and info we have to share with you!
- Reward notification emails: We only send emails for sales made that boost you to a new tier! You can expect one for your 1st, 3rd, 5th, 15th, and 25th sale.
- You will not receive an email every time you make a sale.
- Rewards package processing and tracking: Keep an eye on these to ensure you receive your packages!
- Our normal emails that everyone else gets too! You gotta stay in-the-know, right?
* If you are having trouble receiving any of these emails, make sure to check the email account you have attached to your Ambassador account on Refersion. If you still aren’t receiving them, usually resubscribing to the regular GB emails should do the trick! If you think you were unsubscribed from emails, go to the Brand Ambassador web page, scroll to the bottom and add your email to the signup again!
*The second thing to check is if they’re getting caught in your spam folder!
